Game Overview
Heard of Texas Hold'em poker but don't have time to sit through long sessions against five or six other players? 8f77's Mini Texas Hold'em is the answer. Here, you play directly against the dealer — no need to worry about anyone else's strategy.
In this game, both you and the dealer receive two hole cards each. Five community cards are then dealt face-up on the table — the Flop (3 cards), Turn (1 card), and River (1 card). Your best five-card hand is formed using your two hole cards and the five community cards. Whoever holds the stronger hand wins.
Playing the mini format at 8f77 means straightforward decisions — place your Ante to start, Check or Raise after the Flop, then decide again on the Turn and River. You only get a few choices per hand, but every one of them counts.
Play directly against the dealer, not other players. Simpler decisions, less pressure.
Each hand wraps up in just 2–3 minutes, so you can play a lot of hands in a single session.
Placing a Bonus Bet at the start can pay out big on strong hands (Trips+).
Real dealers, HD streaming. Enjoy poker in a professional setting.
Hand Rankings
Learn which hands are most valuable, ranked from strongest to weakest.
A, K, Q, J, 10 all of the same suit. The strongest hand — impossible to beat.
Five consecutive cards of the same suit (excluding Royal Flush).
Four cards of the same rank. Also known as "Quads".
Three of a Kind + One Pair combined. A powerful hand.
Any five cards of the same suit, not in sequence.
Five cards in sequence, mixed suits.
Three cards of the same rank. Also known as "Trips" or a "Set".
Two separate pairs of cards.
Two cards of the same rank. The most common winning hand.
To qualify in 8f77 Mini Texas Hold'em, the dealer must hold at least a pair. If the dealer does not qualify, your Ante bet pays Even Money and your Play bet is a Push (returned).
How to Play
Start playing in a few simple steps. New to this? No worries — read the guide below.
Learn to read your hand strength before the Flop. Two high cards (A-K, A-Q, K-Q) or suited connectors generally make Raising a worthwhile move.
Ante and Blind bets are mandatory at the start of each round. You may also place an optional Bonus Bet, which pays out based solely on your hole cards.
You and the dealer each receive two hole cards. The dealer's cards are face down. Check your cards and decide.
Three community cards (Flop) will be revealed. You can now Check (take no action) or Raise (bet double your Ante).
After the fourth (Turn) and fifth (River) cards are dealt, you can still Raise after a Check — but only if you have checked just once.
Once all cards are revealed, the dealer flips their hole cards. The best five-card hand wins the comparison. Strongest hand takes it.
Betting Steps
| Round | Community Cards | Your Options | Raise Amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pre-Flop | No Cards | Ante + Blind + Optional Bonus | No Raise now |
| Flop | 3 cards revealed | Check or Raise | Ante × 2 |
| Turn | 4th card revealed | Check or Raise (if you Checked on the Flop) | Ante × 1 |
| River | 5th Card Revealed | Check or Raise (if you haven't yet) | Ante × 1 |
| Showdown | All Cards Revealed | Top Hand Comparison | Payout Confirmed |
With weak hole cards (like 2-7 offsuit), Check on the Flop. If your hand improves on later cards, Raise then.
Raise with strong hole cards (A-A, K-K, A-K), top pair on the Flop, or when you're close to a draw.
Strategy Guide
Learning poker strategy takes time, but following a few fundamental rules can significantly improve your chances of winning.
Only Raise with strong hole cards. Always Raise on the Flop with A-A, K-K, Q-Q, J-J, A-K, or suited A-Q. Play cautiously with weak hands like 7-2 or 8-3 offsuit.
After seeing the Flop, assess your hand's potential. If you have top pair (paired with the highest card on the board), Raise. If you have a Flush or Straight Draw, read the situation before deciding.
The Bonus Bet is optional, but it pays out big if you land a Royal Flush or Straight Flush. Keep your Bonus Bet small and focus on your main wager — it's a smart balancing act.
Checking on the Flop keeps your options open to Raise on the Turn or River. If you hit a strong hand (Two Pair or better) on the Turn, go ahead and Raise. With a weak hand, hold off and wait until the River.
Set a session budget and bet no more than 5% of it on any single hand. Avoid chasing losses by increasing your bets after a losing streak.
With a Flush Draw (4 cards of the same suit) or a Straight Draw (4 consecutive cards), calculate your odds. Factor in the probability of hitting your needed card on the River before making your decision.

Say you bet Ante ৳500, Blind ৳500, and Bonus ৳100. If you Raise on the Flop, your Play bet is ৳1,000 (Ante × 2). If your hand is a Straight Flush: Blind ৳500 × 50 = ৳25,000 + Ante ৳500 + Play ৳1,000 = total payout ৳26,500. A massive win!

What Players Are Saying
"I had some basic knowledge of poker but never felt confident enough to play at a full table. I started with 8f77's Mini Hold'em — and now I play every day. I once hit a Royal Flush and turned a ৳3,500 Bonus Bet into ৳87,500!"
"I used to play poker with friends back in Sylhet. 8f77's Mini Hold'em is a bit different, but the strategy still applies. The rule where you win the Ante if the dealer doesn't qualify has worked in my favour more times than I can count."
"Before bed I'll play 10–15 hands of 8f77's Mini Poker. Small stakes, but it keeps the mind sharp. I hit the Straight Flush bonus once — that night is hard to forget. The UI is really clean."
